At Saahitime, we value our customers and strive to deliver quality products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged at the time of delivery, or

• The product is not working / defective upon arrival

No returns will be accepted for reasons other than those mentioned above.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return:

• An unboxing video is mandatory

• The video must be clear, unedited, and continuous

• The shipping label and product condition must be clearly visible

• The issue (damage or non-working condition) must be clearly shown in the video

⚠️ Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Request Process

• Customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Share the unboxing video and order details for verification

• Once verified and approved, the return request will be accepted

Return Shipping Charges

• Return courier charges must be paid by the customer

• Saahitime does not provide return pickup services

Refund / Replacement

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • If the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable processing time

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

• Returns without unboxing video

• Requests made after the allowed return period

Saahitime reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after verification of the unboxing video and product condition.
